Support

All assignments will be turned in through Seesaw, unless otherwise specified by the instructor.  File formats will be done automatically for you, the learner.​

How To Submit Assignments:

 1.  On your Ipad, open the SeeSaw class app, or go to https://app.seesaw.me on your computer.

 

 2.  Choose I'm A Student.  

 

 

 3.  Click on the green circle with a white plus sign to create a new assignment.

 

4.  Select the type of assignment you would like to add by taking a picture of your assignment, creating video, or adding a video or picture from the camera roll.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

5.  After you created your assignment click on the green circle with the white check mark.  

 

 

 

 

 

6.  Edit your post to add voice recordings, drawings, text labels, or captions.

 

 

7.  Tap the green check mark again.  Then click on your name to reveal your post in your journal.

Frequently Asked Questions

 

 Question:  How do I log out of SeeSaw?

 Answer:  1.  Tap your profile icon in the upper left hand corner.  2.  Tap the gear icon.  3.   Tap sign out.

 Question:  How do I fix an item that I tagged under the wrong student?

 Answer:  

  1. Tap the [...] button at the bottom of the item.

  2. Tap Edit People.

  3. Tag the correct student and un-tag the wrong student. The item will move to the correct student's journal.

 

 Question:  Why can't I record or upload a video?

 Answer: Android: Make sure you are uploading a supported video format. Seesaw supports   .MP4 videos using video codec x264 and audio codecs mp3 or aac on Android.

 iOS: For best results, upload videos using the iOS app. You can upload videos saved to the   camera roll by tapping the "Camera Roll" button in Seesaw or by using the Open in / Share   Extension features in other video apps.

 Website: Make sure you are using the latest versions of Chrome or Firefox. Keep in mind, if   your file is large, it will take awhile to upload and process your video.

 

 Question:  Why is the audio on my video not working?

 Answer:  There are a few things to you can do to try to fix the problem.

  1. Update your device's OS to the most current version it will support. Also, double check to make sure that your device is running the latest Seesaw app version. This can be done in your device's app store.

  2. On some Android devices, we have discovered that recording a video in HD will allow the video to work on other devices (iOS and computers). To change your video quality:

    1. Sign into your Seesaw account.

    2. Tap your Wrench Icon.

    3. Scroll down and select Video Quality.
